Our “Low Price Guarantee” states that if you find the same merchandise for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, WEB HOME FURNISHINGS LLC, will refund the difference between the two orders to you, as long as the order meets the following criteria:
- Order must be for the exact same item(s) and model number(s)
- Order must include the same delivery method and level of service
- Order must be brand new, factory-direct
- Order cannot be for a Clearance or Closeout item
Orders submitted for our “Low Price Guarantee” must be verified via a written quote from the retailer with the lower price.
Please note: WEB HOME FURNISHINGS LLC cannot provide a price match for products found on auction sites such as eBay or Overstock.com.
Returns: Web Home Furnishings LLC accepts returns within fourteen (14) business days of a customer’s receipt of item(s) purchased, with the exception of special ordered items, discontinued, and clearance (as-is) merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in like-new condition.
Web Home Furnishings LLC does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products for any reason. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture and accessories. Web Home Furnishings LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition. A pick-up fee of no less than $60, will be charged if the merchandise returned require to be picked up from your home. The initial purchase delivery fee is FREE. Refunds on purchases made by check or in cash will be refunded by a mail approximately 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise. Special Orders, Clearance, discontinued, and As-Is Merchandise are non-returnable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reselection: You have the option to reselect different items if you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding special orders, and clearance (as-is) merchandise). Re-selection must be done within Fourteen (14) business days of customer’s receipt of furniture, and the new item(s) purchased are of equal or greater value of the items returned. If the new item(s) purchased are of a lesser value, a credit will be issued. If the re-selection requires a delivery and/or pick up, a fee, of no less than $60 applies. Re-selection will only be allowed once per customer. Web Home Furnishings LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. The initial delivery fee is not refundable.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order prior to delivery for any reason, or cancel specific items from your order, a 25% cancellation fee will apply on the items that were cancelled.
Deliveries: Your delivery time and date is scheduled as soon as your merchandise is available. If you need to change your delivery time or date after you have finalized your purchase, contact us by phone at 702-396-1841 at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time. An authorized adult must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your delivery and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is present to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a new delivery fee of no less than $60 to reschedule a second delivery attempt. Web Home Furnishings LLC, reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any imperfection noted at the time of delivery.
Delivery Cities: At present we only deliver to the Las Vegas, Nevada and Henderson Nevada areas.
Warranties: Web Home Furnishings LLC will assist the customer in determining whether an issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product needs to be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty, Web Home Furnishings LLC will schedule a pickup of the merchandise that requires servicing under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Policy Changes: Web Home Furnishings LLC reserves the right to change our policies at any time.
